powerpc/usb:Define CONFIG_USB_MAX_CONTROLLER_COUNT for all 85xx socs
CONFIG_USB_MAX_CONTROLLER_COUNT macro recently defined for
initializing all USB controllers on a given platform. This
macro is defined for all 85xx socs
