kobject: clean up debugging messages
The kobject debugging messages are a mess.  This provides a unified
message that makes them actually useful.
The format for new kobject debug messages should be:
	kobject: 'KOBJECT_NAME' (ADDRESS): FUNCTION_NAME: message.\n
