IKXCLOCK-2815: drivers: video: minnow: send vsync events using sysfs
Create sysfs entries which allow user space to monitor vsync timing:
vsync_events:
- on vsync, do sysfs_notify and save timestamp
- show function prints most recent timestamp
vsync_events_enabled:
- store function enables sysfs notification and saving timestamp
- show function prints whether delivery is enabled
This implementation requires a gpio which is tied to the TE signal.
