IKXCLOCK-470 arm: omap: add cpufreq-cpu0.0 clk
The cpu0 cpufreq driver will request the clock using
devm_clk_get(cpu_dev, NULL). Without a clk mechanism
in the device tree, a clock setting to matching the
ofd name for cpu0 device needs to be added to the
current clk table.
