IKXCLOCK-3042 arm: minnow: padwkup add handle field
Add a handle field to the pad_wkup dts entry. Only
entries with handle = 1 will generate irq events
directly from the pad value during resume. This
allows wakeup sources that already translate to
IRQ's to be reported as a wake up reason.
