| | C99's strict aliasing rules are insane to use in low-level code such as a
bootloader, but as Wolfgang has rejected -fno-strict-aliasing in the
past, add a union so that 16-bit accesses can be performed.
Compile-tested only.

| | These boards have long reached EOL, and there has been no indication
of any active users of such hardware for years. Get rid of the dead
weight.

| | The board maintainer states:
The GTH board is obsolete and has not been manufactured for
    several years.
To my knowledge, no recent U-Boot build has been tested on that
    card.
So drop support for this board.

| | renaming the "mgsuvd" board port into "km8xx", because
there come more similar boards from keymile.
Compiling the mgsuvd board with "make mgsuvd_config"
remains.

| | This commit gets rid of a huge amount of silly white-space issues.
Especially, all sequences of SPACEs followed by TAB characters get
removed (unless they appear in print statements).
Also remove all embedded "vim:" and "vi:" statements which hide
indentation problems.
