IKXCLOCK-3670 power: max17042_battery: Set design cap to full cap initially
Set design cap to full capacity initially and set it to the actual value at the
end of POR initialization. This deviation from the standard POR init procedure
was recommended by Maxim to make IC calculate battery age accurately.
